Philip Dolan has fostered a love of real estate since his teens - finding honey holes on the Cape Cod waterfront and ski areas of New England; seeking out special home sites, and creating a design/builder career in Jackson Hole, Wyoming - all the while keeping his toes wet in the beautiful SW Florida waters of Sarasota since 1978. His other career was with Federal Express which helped foster his understanding of the importance of delivering great customer service.
